From July to September 2025, San Gimignano comes alive with the “Accade d’Estate 2025” cultural calendar, featuring over 60 events ranging from theatre, music, cinema, and gourmet tastings, organized by the Municipality and local partners

Dive into contemporary creativity with the 13th edition of OV – Orizzonti Verticali, a theatre and dance festival that transforms the town’s squares and monuments into a stunning open-air stage.

- Sunady august 3 –Free guided tour of the crypt and Badia a Elmi church, a peaceful historical gem in the countryside.
- Thursday August 5 – Classical concert by the world-renowned Chigiana Academy, one of the highlights of OV Festival.
- Friday August 8 and 15, alle 21.00 – Semi-staged performances of Verdi’s La Traviata in the magical setting of the Rocca di Montestaffoli, presented by the Puccini Philharmonic.
